Will not play my files

I had tvmobili until it quit responding so I got this, and I am using it on the same device ( samsung blu-ray player ). Mediashare will not play any of my files, it just says they are all unsupported. It cant be my device because they played the files before. I dont know whats going on :( I just isnt working for me.
